1. PAYMENT
  • What payment method do you accept?

PayPal.

  • What currency is your store in?
All payments are made in USD. Your bank will convert your total to your currency after your payment has been processed.

 

 

2. RETURN/ REFUND/ CANCEL/ EXCHANGE

  • What if I need to modify my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.
  • I ordered the wrong size, can I Have a Refund ?

if you have received your order and it does not fit or you ordered the wrong size , Our company is not responsible about it , Please refer to our size chart before ordering any product .

 

  • What size should I order?

Please refer to our size chart for more information.

  • How do I cancel my order ?
We know how important your order is , so we aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible ! while we cannot cancel or change an order it has been placed after 24 hours .

  • I ordered two items, why did I only receive one?

Some of our orders are shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.

  • When can I expect an e-mail response?
Allow 24-48 hours for a response. Emails are answered in the order it was placed during operating business days ( Weekends are closed ).
Please include full name, detailed message and order number if available.


4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days of the date of your order, then please contact us. "Business days" means Monday to Friday, except holidays
 
  • Where can I track my package?

  • Why does my tracking info say invalid/not available/not found?
Allow up to 24-72 hours for the post office to update.
At times, tracking may not be available in select countries.
